Meet Tiffany

Hello! I’m Tiffany! I work with children facing anxiety and big emotions. I know how hard it is to watch your child struggle and not always know how to help. My goal is to give them a space where they feel safe, understood, and free to be exactly who they are. I’m currently completing training to become a Registered Play Therapist, which means I use play, your child’s natural language, to help them process feelings and experiences they may not yet have the words for.

My approach is warm, patient, and family-centered. There’s something special about watching a child open up through play a game, a drawing, a story they invent and I find real joy in those moments of connection and growth. I want you to feel like a partner in your child’s care. If your child is struggling and you’re not sure where to turn, I’d be honored to help you both find your footing.
