Meet Emma

As a  Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate, I enjoy supporting children, teens, families, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and build on their strengths. I believe every person deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel understood, accepted, and encouraged. In my work with children and adolescents, I often use play-based approaches because play is a natural way kids express themselves, process emotions, and make sense of their experiences. My goal is to meet clients where they are and build a trusting relationship that supports meaningful growth.

I take a family-centered, systemic approach to therapy, recognizing that people are shaped by their relationships, environments, and broader life systems. Whether working with a child, teen, adult, or family, I feel honored to walk alongside clients through both difficult seasons and moments of growth and celebration. I strive to help clients develop connection, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life. For those who request it, I can also incorporate faith into the therapeutic process in a way that aligns with their values and beliefs.
