Meet Blythe

As an LMFT Candidate, I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, encouragement, and practical support. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I have developed a natural ability to help children feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I enjoy incorporating play, creativity, and humor into therapy to help children express themselves and build confidence. I am also pursuing specialized training through the Play Therapy Institute to become a Registered Play Therapist. I am especially passionate about helping children navigate difficult life transitions, regulate their emotions, and develop healthy coping skills.

I also enjoy working with adults who are experiencing life’s more difficult seasons, including divorce, parenting challenges, and overwhelming life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward. I know taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, growth, and hope.
